Adopt "BINDAAS" Approach to work....Use failures as stepping stone!

I learned through various context & situations that if you work hard at changing things and experiment and take risks, you will be on the right track. While, there is always a risk involved with challenging the status quo, stepping out of your comfort zone, doing what you believe is right, when you know that a person at the authority may not be in sync. However, the moment you are able to let go of your attachment to pay check, you feel hugely empowered to do what is right and stand for your belief and values with admirable confidence.

Majority of us go through certain contexts and they have bearing on us and hence we are conditioned and start "PLAYING SAFE" instead of being "BINDAAS" which in other words we can put as Fearless Approach to work where only thing that matters is meritocracy, bias for action and willingness to contribute in making of an institution.

There is a possibility that you may not succeed in the short term, but standing for your belief and values will surely earn you a rightful place in the social spectrum that you deserve. The first failure can have a profound effect on your life. Success can be heady while failure are ruthless, literally cutting out the ground from beneath one's feet.

Failure is part of our life and we will encounter it often and each failure will give us learning that shall help make our nerves of steel. The success will depend on how we deal with it. Quitting, like winning can also become a habit. Be a sponge - absorb and grow.

There is nothing wrong in failing, however, not bouncing back and learning from your failures is something which shall never take us beyond the realm of ordinary. The way we respond to a situation can transform our outlook of the situation. It is not the fall that is important but how we dust ourself off and rise again is what matters.

When down under, we should not let the feeling of defeat or loss overpower our sensibilities, but again appreciate the experiences and lessons that have been gained through it. We must tell ourselves, that since everything is impermanent, bad too shall become good. The main reason why people get carried away by the ups and downs is because they lack the understanding to appreciate. I was no exception. I came across a difficult situation very early in professional career when due to restructuring and shift in direction majority of employees were asked to move on. I found it difficult to live through that period of uncertainty, however, when I look in hindsight, it gave me a very valuable lesson that "THREATS ARE THE BEST OPPORTUNITIES ".

Failure is highly overrated and lot of us believe in results and not efforts, however, the fact is that failure is just a stepping stone to success. if you make whole hearted efforts and do something where your soul, body and mind is giving its best, you are bound to be successful. success is not about winning all the times, however, it is about giving it our best shot.

We are shaped through our saddest of experiences. They bring depth, compassion and wisdom and pepper and salt color to our hair. They make us what we are. Great organization have a culture that sees failures as stepping stone & problems as opportunities for improvements.

A mistake is only a mistake if you make it twice. And extra ordinary people use their stumbling blocks as stepping stones. They use their failures to bring them closer to success. They don't see problem's. They see possibilities and that is what makes them great.

Choice is ours! Adopt "BINDAAS" Approach to work....Use failures as stepping stone...or continue to play safe! We have to make the choice. A ship in the harbor is safe, but this is not what ships are built for..
